At London Shoe Co we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help. Our returns process is designed to be as simple and hassle-free as possible. We’ll ask you a few questions to best guide you in the right direction. For most cases you will be sent to a third-party returns portal to generate your free returns label, in some cases we may request additional information before offering you a solution.

No Longer Needed

  1. Repacking your item
    Fill out the return paperwork included in the parcel. Enclose this with paperwork and the items within the original packaging.
  2. Follow The EVRi Returns Portal
    Using the EVRi Portal link adjacent, follow the step by step instructions. Enter your Order ID, Email address, Choose your reason, Choose your return method (Drop Off or Collection) and then print the label from home or Parcelshop.
  3. Return your item
    Take your item to your local EVRi ParcelShop or await your home collection with the generated label affixed to your parcel.

Faulty Item

  1. Drop us a message
    Start by dropping us an email with your details and an explanation to the issue you are facing. Please also attach images where possible to help us understand the fault.
  2. Our Team Review
    Our dedicated team will efficiently process and review your request, meticulously checking all information provided.
  3. Receive Your Results
    We’ll respond to your request, providing you with all the details you need to move forward with correcting the issue.
